We operate as a wholesale buyer: we open accounts directly with brands and their authorized distributors, purchase inventory at wholesale, and resell it to U.S. consumers through online marketplaces.
We are not a liquidator and we do not source from unauthorized channels. Every unit we sell is bought on a proper invoice, in our company name, from a supplier we have an approved account with. That matters to the brands we work with, and it is the reason we structure our business this way.
Our team handles product selection, purchasing, prep and labeling, shipping into fulfillment centers, listing accuracy, and reorder planning — so our suppliers deal with a single, predictable point of contact.

Account & Terms
We submit our complete credit package, review your dealer agreement, MAP policy, and marketplace terms, and confirm them in writing before the first order.
Purchasing
Orders are placed under the company name and paid on agreed terms. We start with a test order and scale volume once sell-through is proven.
Prep & Fulfillment
Goods are received, inspected, labeled to marketplace specification, and shipped into fulfillment centers. Products reach the customer with Prime delivery.
Reorder & Reporting
We track sell-through per SKU and reorder against defined reorder points, so demand on your side stays steady and forecastable.
Inventory Discipline
Every unit accounted for, from invoice to customer.
We keep purchase invoices, prep records, and shipment manifests on file for every SKU we carry. If a brand ever needs to trace a unit back to its source, we can produce the paperwork the same day.
Credentials & Compliance
Everything you verify before approving an account.
Our complete credit package is submitted with our wholesale application. If your credit department needs anything beyond it, we supply it the same business day.
